Terms & Conditions

We at Global Art Collector are determined that every item purchased reflects our commitment to you our most valued customer and that all products are received in perfect condition each and every time.

1. Agreement

The "Company" Global Art Collector agrees to supply and the customer agrees to accept the goods subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Price

The price of the Goods shall be the Company's listed price detailed on the Web-site. The Company reserves the right, by giving notice to the customer at any time to increase the price of the goods to reflect any increase in costs to the company.

3. Payment.

Payment using a debit or credit card is required at the time of ordering . Payment is made using secure on-line payment methods, through Barclay's Merchant Services.

4. Delivery

To support our home delivery service Global Art Collector have teamed up with one of the country's leading transportation companies ensuring that our deliveries are made on time, and that every effort is taken to ensure that your order is treated with care and attention, and delivered according to our terms and conditions. Orders are normally despatched within 3-5 working days, and deliveries are normally made within 48 hours of despatch, but this cannot be guaranteed. Should this not be possible then a telesales representative will e-mail or telephone you with details of anticipated delivery date. However, in certain circumstances a special delivery may be requested, whereby the customer may require a delivery on a Saturday, this service is made with an additional charge of £15.00 per consignment regardless of size, or value.

On delivery if the box/boxes appear to be damaged, please refuse delivery. If you have received the box/boxes in good condition, but when opened any of the goods are damaged, please inform Global Art Collector immediately. Someone will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for a collection and to send you a replacement F.O.C.

Each order over £100.00 net of discounts will be carriage paid anywhere within the U.K.

5. Cancellation and Returns

If for any reason you decide to cancel your order before delivery then please notify the Company as soon as possible. If the goods have not been despatched from our factory the order will be cancelled and we will refund payment to your debit/credit card (with any adjustment for costs incurred).

If the goods have already been despatched, we may still be able to cancel the delivery, but you will still incur the associated delivery charges and then the balance will be refunded to your debit/credit card.

If we are unable to cancel the delivery and the goods have been delivered, we can arrange a return, subject to a carriage charge of £15.00, but the goods must not have been opened.

6. Shipping and Handling

All items are sent securely packaged and boxed, and all orders are shipped via recognised couriers, However in the event of any goods being received damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

7. Delivery Schedule

We despatch your order immediately if it is in stock. You will normally receive your order within three days (UK). International orders are generally received in less than 10 days.

8. Back orders

If your selected item is not in stock we will back order it for you. You will always be notified by e-mail if the item if not in stock giving you the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

9. Tax Charges

For orders made from or for delivery to the U.K. or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. For deliveries outside the EU please check the exempt box within the checkout to eliminate VAT.

10. Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when your order is placed; they are only decrypted when they reach our office computers.
